Advisers are encouraged to publicize Dressed to Impress during meetings, in member and parent communications, and through digital communications such as social media or group chats to encourage students to communicate with you one on one if they are interested in applying.

In order to complete the application to its entirety, FBLA Middle School and FBLA High School members must complete the application with an adviser. FBLA Collegiate members can choose to complete the application on their own or with the help of an adviser.

Yes, you can apply if this is your last year in FBLA. The funds should be used toward purchasing FBLA business attire from a store/vendor of your choice in hopes that you will be prepared for the business world.

A panel of Scholarship & Financial Aid Committee members will review all applications. Awards will be based on a combination of the applicant’s financial need and demonstrated commitment to FBLA.

No, you do not have to attend a national conference in order to be eligible to receive funds.

The goal of the program is to provide one complete set of business attire for three members in each active state representing our three student divisions: FBLA Middle School, FBLA High School, and FBLA Collegiate. Awards will be determined by the actual amount raised.

The target date for funds to be distributed is early December, in the hopes that this will allow recipients to purchase business attire that can be worn throughout the year at all FBLA leadership functions and conferences.

  • For FBLA Middle School and FBLA High School, funds will be distributed to the school. The school will be responsible for ensuring the funds are made available to the member.
  • For FBLA Collegiate, funds will be distributed directly to the member.
