Twenty-two students from North Forsyth High School had the opportunity to learn first hand the different aspects of running a business when they spent the day at Best Buy in Cumming. The Future Business Leader of America students job-shadowed April 24 pairing up with the store’s employees. The students got to pick an area of the store that most interested them and observe how the employee conducted business with the customers. FBLA member Mark Hanson commented on his experience. “Mr. Curtis, computer sales supervisor, taught me that having a kind personality was key to helping customers with any questions or concerns. To help me better understand how demand affected sales, Mr. Cutis let me create a sales package that included software and hardware to help new computer uses get a jump on technology.”
