Fourteen members of the Cedartown High School FBLA traveled to Atlanta to tour the CNN Center. They saw first hand how the newest technology is being used to enhance learning, increase productivity, and promote creativity. Students saw a variety of media and formats used to communicate information effectively to multiple audiences. They were also exposed to a variety of career choices available in this setting. After touring the CNN Center, students traveled to the Georgia State Capitol where they were able to visit Governor Sonny Perdue’s office, view the chambers of the House and Senate and peruse the exhibits on the Fourth Floor.
