Where is my chapter number?

FBLA-PBL no longer uses chapter numbers. All advisers and members have a unique, unified login which is your email address. Your chapter and all individual members will have a record number, which you will find under the Overview tab in your individual or chapter profile.

If you’d like to view your former chapter number:

  • Navigate to Adviser Portal > Manage Chapter
  • Click Your Chapter > View Profile > Account tab. Your former chapter number is in the FBLA Organization ID field.

How do I login with my chapter number and the password “service”?

All users now login to my.FBLA-PBL with an email address and a self-chosen password. The FBLA-PBL National Center does not have access to your password. If you need to reset your password please use this form.

How do I create my.FBLA-PBL account?

Start here and enter your email address. If your email address is not in the system, fill out the form and we’ll update your account with your email address and send you login instructions.

When I login, why am I seeing a student or parent/chaperone name under “My Profile”?

This means your email was used under a student or parent/chaperone profile in the former database. Contact us at and we will create the correct relationship for you.

I’ve had a number of relationships with FBLA-PBL, but I don’t see my FBLA/PBL/Professional membership under “My Profile”?

Thank you for your long-term dedication to FBLA-PBL. Most likely your different memberships were created under different record numbers in the former database. Contact us at and we will create one unified account that gives you access to your entire FBLA-PBL history.

How do I assign another person management rights for my chapter?

Your co-advisers will have management permissions for your chapter. You can also assign a student and even add a bookkeeper to make payments on your account. Login to your account and navigate to Adviser Portal > Manage Chapter > Your Chapter > View/Edit Advisers. Scroll to either “Student Chapter Manager” or “Bookkeeper” and click “Add New”. Enter the First, Last and Email (you can ignore Title) and click “Add”. If the user is new, they will receive an email to activate their account. If they are an existing user, they will see the chapter option next time they log in.

I added members or updated my information, but I don’t see the changes when I refresh?

Data is updated in real-time. However, the database tables are refreshed every four hours. At that point, you will see the most up-to-date information displayed on your profile and in your chapter account. You will receive email confirmations when you add members and register for conferences. If you don’t receive an email or you don’t see updated information after a 4-hour period, please contact us at

How do I want to register my students for the BAA/CMAP?

Students registration is no longer required for FBLA-PBL awards programs. Members save their work locally and once advisers verify members have completed the activities, they submit a recognition form, which will be available on September 1st.
