Luis Caraballo is a freshman student at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, studying a BA in Science of Accounting.

Luis started his journey at the FBLA-PBL organization back in 2016 in Chapter 15469 of his high school Segundo Ruiz Belvis. During his years in the FBLA organization, Luis became a local, regional, and state president of Puerto Rico FBLA and even a member of the Eastern Region National Council back in 2019.

In his positions, his major focuses were to increase membership, develop new and interesting activities, and provide better communication between the members and the officer's team. Also, during the 2019 NLC, Luis achieved Second Place at the Local Chapter Annual Business Report. After graduating from high school with a 4.00 GPA and with a Certification as an Accounting Assistant, Luis started his college legacy last year during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Since then, Luis became president of the Puerto Rico PBL Virtual Chapter and a member of other organizations from his college. Since then, he has worked hard in promoting his chapter and offer webinars that are relevant for the members.

Today his hard work has given results with having over 37 students affiliated and with over nine virtual activities realized. In 2020=2021, Luis was a member of the Competitive Events Committee where he gave recommendations, suggestions, and ideas for improving the events program.
