2. FBLA State Officer Track at NFLCs—workshop track for state officers focused on national programs, membership growth, and retention. Offers an opportunity for your FBLA state officers to work with FBLA national officers and FBLA state officers from across the country.
Recognition:
- Ribbon at NFLC
- Digital Badge available for FBLA State Officers
3. BAA Fight to the Finish—contest that ranks the top ten states with the most Business Achievement Award (BAA) entries.
Recognition:
- Website and certificates at Regional Campaign Rally and Recognition Session (NLC) for top ten states
- NLC Opening Session priority seating for top three states
4. Gold Seal Award of Merit (Hollis and Kitty Guy Award)—nominated by state chair, local chapters participate in projects and programs identified with the goals of FBLA-PBL.

- Ribbon (NLC)
- Standing recognition in Regional Campaign Rally and Recognition Session (NLC)
Deadline: Second Friday in May; each state may select two chapters or 15 percent of its total number of active chapters (whichever is greater)
5. Who’s Who—nominated by state chair, recognizes most outstanding member in each state.
Recognition:
- Certificate and gift in Regional Campaign Rally and Recognition Session(NLC)
- Opening Session introduction of winners
- Name in Awards of Excellence Program
Deadline: Second Friday in May; each state may enter one participant
6. Outstanding Adviser—nominated by state chair; local adviser who makes outstanding contribution at local, state, and national level.
Recognition:
- Certificate and gift in Regional Campaign Rally and Recognition Session (NLC)
- Opening Session introduction of winners
- Name in Awards of Excellence Program
