The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the website maintained by the Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda, Inc. (“FBLA-PBL Site”). By using the FBLA-PBL Site, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

Information Collected
There are two types of information we can collect from the user of the FBLA-PBL Site. The first is “personally identifiable information,” which is information that the user voluntarily enterson the FBLA-PBL Site. We will collect this information when the user gives us this information, such as when the user registers to access the FBLA-PBL Site, purchases products on-line, or completes an on-line survey. We will also collect the e-mail address of users who post messages to our bulletin board, those who communicate with us by e-mail, and those who make postings to our chat areas.

We do not monitor any of the postings to any blogs, community bulletin boards or social networking sites that are identified, referred to or offered on the FBLA-PBL Site, are not responsible for the content of any postings to any blogs, community bulletin boards or social networking sites that are identified, referred to or offered on the FBLA-PBL Site and have no obligation to verify the accuracy of any such postings.

The FBLA-PBL Site may contain links to other websites, including, but not limited to, those of advertisers, companies, or other third parties with whom we are affiliated with or advertise on the FBLA-PBL Site. FBLA is not responsible for the content of any of the information that appears on or is collected by these sites.

Opt Out

If there is any dispute about the FBLA-PBL Site or the terms of this Privacy Policy, the user agrees that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law provisions and the user agrees to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Virginia.

FBLA-PBL is not responsible for the conduct of any user of or visitor to the FBLA-PBL Site.
